What costs are included in the order price?
The price you see at checkout is the final order total before you place your order.
For orders shipped within the United States, Haown offers free standard shipping. Any applicable product cost, shipping cost, and order charges will be clearly shown at checkout.
There are no surprise delivery fees from Haown after your order is placed. If you have questions about customs, taxes, or shipping fees before ordering, please contact us at service@haown.com
How long does shipping take?
Estimated total delivery time is 7–21 business days.
This includes:
Processing time: 2–6 business days
Transit time: 5–15 business days after shipment
Delivery time may vary depending on the product size, destination, carrier schedule, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We can only update the shipping address before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order is already in transit, the address may no longer be changed.
Can I request a custom cord or cable length?
Yes. Many Haown pendant lights and hanging light fixtures can be made with a custom cord, cable, or hanging length.
Custom cable length is useful for kitchen island pendant lights, dining room chandeliers, stairwell lighting, high ceilings, and vaulted ceiling spaces.
Please enter your required length in the “Order Notes” section at checkout, or contact us before placing your order to confirm whether customization is available for the product you want.
Do your lights work with U.S. voltage?
Many Haown lighting products are designed for use in homes with standard U.S. electrical systems.
Please check the product page for voltage, bulb type, LED details, and other specifications before ordering. If you are unsure whether a fixture is suitable for your home, contact us at service@haown.com before purchase.
